Galloway Cream Fudge originated from an initiative when Castle Douglas became a food town on July 1st 2002. Galloway Cream Fudge, suppliers of the finest cream and butter fudge, are situated at Auchencairn in the scenic Solway Coast of Scotland.

Jack Martin (pictured left) spent a year setting up a world-wide distribution network while a partner in a company. He was the face of fudge at major food fairs and prestigious events throughout Scotland. Encouraged to widen his scope following interest, he set up his own enterprise and is very well known on the Scottish food circuit. Jack is also an active member of Castle Douglas Food Town Initiative where he has worked as part of a group promoting local produce at major events.
